Shipping Timeline
We process orders within 3-5 business days for preparation and shipping.
For pre-order products, kindly allow 24-48 hours after the restock date mentioned in the product description for preparation.

Tracking and Delivery

Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be provided via email and text message. Please be aware that we require a signature upon delivery for all products. It is the customer's responsibility to track their orders and ensure receipt.

If a customer reports that they did not receive the product but it was signed for by someone else, we will consider the package lost or stolen. In such cases, the customer must file a police report and provide us with a copy so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

Once a product is received and signed for, our responsibility ends. It is then up to the customer to track and secure their package. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your package to protect against damages and theft.

If a customer lives in an apartment or condo complex, the order will be shipped to the nearest UPS or FedEx store. There may be a pickup fee when collecting the package, which will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Origin and Duration
All packages are shipped from Addison, TX. Depending on your location, delivery could take between 2-9 business days.

Shipping Methods and Insurance
We ship all orders via UPS/FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We highly recommend purchasing optional insurance for your package to protect against theft and damage. If shipping insurance is not purchased and the item is stolen, lost, or damaged, HRS will not be responsible, and you must file a claim directly with UPS or USPS. Insurance does not cover user errors or damages that occur during installation.
