HIREV SPORTS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problem with a product or your order, please contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
RETURN WINDOW
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions below. Restrictions apply.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- Complete all recommended troubleshooting steps and contact our support team before starting a return.
- If an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, we provide a prepaid return label.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we issue a full refund including original shipping, or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.
- Fitment concerns require clear photos or videos. If a fitment defect is confirmed, we may request the item back and will issue a full refund or a full/partial replacement.
- If inspection finds no defect and no fitment issue (including an item returned as “defective” that tests as fully functional), a 50% restocking fee plus shipping both ways applies, refunded to your original payment method — no exceptions. Alternatively, we can return the item to you at your expense.
- Items damaged during installation are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products returned damaged or not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Accepted only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition, with all hardware, accessories, and pieces included.
- We refund the full product price minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Original shipping is non-refundable, and the buyer pays return shipping.
- Items not returned in resalable condition may receive 50% store credit instead of a refund.
- Items that are used, broken, or non-sellable are not eligible for any refund.
WARRANTY
- Tail lights: 1-year warranty. All other products carry a 6-month limited warranty (Camry XSE-style tail lights: 6 months).
- Coverage runs from the date of purchase, applies to the original buyer only, and is non-transferable.
- Defective items within the warranty period are remedied by replacement — you send the item back to us, or in most cases we send a replacement and you keep the original.
- Not covered: user error, installation damage, common wear and tear, and lens cracking caused by extreme heat or cold.
- Warranty coverage applies to all orders — including international shipments and outlying US states and territories (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam) and Canada — under the same terms as the US lower 48.
OPEN-BOX, CLEARANCE & AS-IS
- Open-box items: 30-day limited warranty only.
- Clearance / AS-IS / discontinued items: all sales are final — no returns, refunds, or exchanges, and no warranty. Please review the product description before purchasing.
- Free or promotional items carry no warranty.
EXCHANGES
- No exchanges on items that have been damaged, used, or modified.
- The buyer pays all shipping — return shipping for the original item, shipping for the exchange, and any re-delivery fees.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected, or if an order is canceled before shipment.
- Approved refunds go to the original payment method only.
- We process approved refunds as early as the same day (up to 1–2 business days) after inspection. Depending on your payment provider (card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.), it may take 1–10 business days to post to your account. Delays beyond that are due to your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.
- Non-refundable: original shipping (unless the return is due to our error) and restocking fees (where applicable).
BEFORE YOU RETURN — INSPECTION & CLAIMS
- Inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
- Report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 7 business days of delivery.
- Claims must include photos of the outer packaging and shipping label and photos/videos of the product before installation. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
- Once a product is installed, used, modified, or damaged, it is no longer eligible for return. Professional installation is strongly recommended for all automotive parts.
